It was a speed paint but I like how it came out.......so I will finish it later... I'm thinking about adding the two foreground dark objects to military characters.....hmm ... I'm always experimenting...lol and fixing few areas ..especially the background. If you have any comments ... give me some it will be much appreciated.......

yeah ....I agree.. this scene has a better feel(mood) to the scene........but I would like your critique of why you like this scene compared to the final version.

Hmm... Maybe cuz its looks more simple, lights and colors more soft, lines are straight, all this provides to minimalistic style, wich I love. Dunno.
Just better, personal fellings. : D

Looking fantastic.
The front two would most definitely go well as military figures, as you're thinking. They already have that rough shape to them (body, helmet, rifle, knapsacks)

The one's in the distance between those and the ship almost look like a traveling nomad with a couple of pack animals going to the edge for some water.

Whatever you do plan I'm sure will be fantastic in the end.
